Assistant /Associate / Full Professor - Academic Cognitive Neurologist

The Division of Neurology, Department of Medicine, University Health Network/Sinai Health System (UHN/SHS) at the University of Toronto is seeking a full-time, permanent Academic Neurologist with a focus on Cognitive Neurology. The candidate must be eligible for a full-time clinical academic appointment at the rank of Assistant Professor or higher with the position description of Clinician Teacher at the University of Toronto. The effective start date is at a mutually agreed upon date after 1st July 2025.

 

The successful candidate will hold a MD degree and should have, or be eligible for, certification in Neurology by the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada and licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO). Specific additional training such as a Master’s degree or equivalent is required. Fellowship training in Cognitive Neurology is preferred. Academic appointment will be within the Division of Neurology, Department of Medicine, University of Toronto. Clinical service will be providing expertise as a Cognitive Neurologist in the Memory clinic at Toronto Western Hospital plus on-call and inpatient service as per the Division of Neurology. Teaching will be as per Division of Neurology requirements. Salary will be commensurate with training and experience.
