Your opportunity:

As a Career Services Officer, the incumbent will report to theAssociate Director, Corporate Relations and will be responsible for managing the day-to-day service delivery and operational needs of the Corporate Relations team and department. The duties will include coordinating with various stakeholders to promote collaboration, creating marketing and promotional content, compiling program and service reports, assisting with cost estimates, supporting event execution, and providing administrative assistance. This position plays a crucial role in supporting operational duties related to corporate relations activities within the team.

Your responsibilities will include:

 

  • Overseeing day-to-day service delivery requirements and operational needs
  • Liaising with various stakeholders to foster collaboration
  • Developing content for marketing and/or promotional materials
  • Writing summary reports on programs and services
  • Collaborating on cost estimates

 

Essential Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor's Degree or acceptable combination of equivalent experience.
  • Minimum three years' experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong coordination, organizational and administrativeskills
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to address multiple priorities
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite or similar graphics software
  • Ability to build and maintain effective andcooperative relationships

This role is currently eligible for a hybrid work arrangement, pursuant to University policies and guidelines, including but not limited to the University of Toronto’s Alternative Work Arrangements Guideline.
