Salary:
$9,820.70 for Sessional Lecturer I ($10,510.04 for SLI Long Term);
$10,510.04 for Sessional Lecturer II ($10,760.28 for SLII Long Term);
$10,760.28 for Sessional Lecturer III ($11,030.36 for SLIII Long Term), inclusive of vacation pay
Please note that should rates stipulated in the collective agreement vary from rates stated in this posting, the rates stated in the collective agreement shall prevail.
Minimum qualifications: MA or MFA required with teaching experience. Applicants may be asked to supply references.
Preferred qualifications: Experience teaching studio art courses/students.
Description of duties: Preparation and delivery of course material; managing digital teaching materials and platform, supervision of teaching assistants; preparation and delivery of assignments, tests, final examinations and deferred final examinations; marking of student work, submission of grades, dealing with student enquiries, appeals and petitions and student contact hours.
